The Mini 60™ is a MiniDV-inspired, 3D-printed camera cage designed to transform the GoPro Mission 1 into a compact handheld camcorder-style setup.

Inspired by the small Handycams of the early 2000s, the Mini 60™ features an optical viewfinder that provides a larger, shaded view of the GoPro’s 3-inch rear display, making it easier to frame and monitor your shot outdoors and in bright conditions.

An adjustable side-mounted hand strap gives the Mini 60™ the familiar feel of a traditional handheld camcorder, while a top cold shoe provides mounting options for the included phone mount or accessories such as a microphone or light.

A built-in side compartment provides storage for small accessories, while the bottom of the camera can be configured with either the included 3D-printed base plate plug or the optional CAMVATE mounting plate for additional mounting options.

Version 1 of the Mini 60™ is designed specifically for the GoPro Mission 1 and Mission 1 ILS. Additional camera compatibility may be added in future versions.

Every Mini 60™ is designed, 3D-printed, finished and assembled in-house — combining the feel and ergonomics of an early-2000s camcorder with a modern GoPro shooting setup.
